Zoning Ordinances for Spink County, South Dakota

Notice is hereby given that the Spink County Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public meeting to receive public input concerning the proposed adoption of Ordinance 17.3 for Data Centers. The hearing will be held in the Commissioner’s Chambers at the County Court House in Redfield at 10:00 am on Tuesday, the 7th day of October 2025.
Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for public review during normal business hours in the offices of the County Auditor and the Equalization Office.
At the Public Hearing, all persons will be given a full, fair and complete hearing and are encouraged to attend and make their views known. Those not able to attend are invited and encouraged to send written comments to the Spink County Zoning Administrator, 210 East Seventh Avenue, Redfield, SD 57469.
