The Spink County Planning and Zoning Commission meets during the regular Spink County Commission meetings. The board members are the Spink County Commissioners. They are responsible for enforcing the Zoning Ordinances as set by Spink County. Some of their responsibilities are monitoring building permits, keeping setbacks consistent, variances that may be needed, filing of plats and rezoning of a property.
Building Permits, Variance, Special Exceptions, Rezoning and Temporary CAFO permits are available for download below.

If the project is an addition or new building that is less than the dollar value stated, the setbacks still need to be met. If you are not sure of the setbacks, please check with the Equalization Office for the required setbacks in your area. If you do not meet the setbacks, you will need to apply for a Variance which can also be downloaded.
